Join Mvindeni Secondary School
We admit boys and girls into Form 1 each January, and accept transfers throughout the year subject to space.
Requirements
- KCPE/KPSEA result slip or placement letter
- Birth certificate (copy)
- Leaving certificate from the primary or junior school
- Parent or guardian national ID (copy)
- Two passport-size photographs
- Nomination letter where placement was through the county
Application process
- 1Complete the online application form on this page (free, no payment).
- 2The admissions office reviews your details and confirms KCPE/KPSEA placement.
- 3You are called on the phone number provided, usually within 14 days.
- 4Collect the admission letter and joining instructions at the school office.
- 5Report on the opening day with the required items and pay term charges at the office.

No payment is collected through this website. All payments are made at the school office against an official receipt.
Scholarships & bursaries
Needy learners are supported through the NG-CDF bursary, the Kwale County education fund, the Elimu Scholarship and the school's own hardship fund administered by the Board of Management. Application forms are collected from the school office and supported by a letter from the area chief.
Transfer admissions
Transfers require a release letter from the previous school, the last report form and approval by the Sub-County Director of Education. Use the same application form above and note the transfer request in the final field.
